Customer service hours for reservations are from 8:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday.

The fact of formalizing a reservation implies the acceptance by the guests of the clauses reflected in this document.

Clause 1. Formalization of the reservation.

Once the reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the  accommodation information already reserved, as well as the instructions to follow the day of your arrival and the day of your departure.

The deposit payment for the reservation may be paid via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through the Redsys secure payment gateway or by bank transfer.

The establishment reserves the right to verify the card provided and cancel the reservation if it is not valid or does not allow payments.

In case of making the deposit payment via bank transfer, the reservation will not be considered formalized until the corresponding amount has been deposited in the account of La Vila Old Town S.L. and reception of the bank receipt at the email address, at which time you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant information about the stay. When requesting the reservation, a 24-hour accommodation blocking period begins.

In case of blocking period expiration, and having not received the amount of the deposit or the receipt, the reservation will be canceled.

Clause 2. Pending amounts and bond.

Depending on the accommodation you have booked, you can pay the rest of the amount on arrival or you will have to pay it up to a day before. We will inform you of this at the time of formalizing the reservation and if you need to know before, you can contact us.

Our rates include: customer service, Wi-Fi connection, towels, sheets before cleaning Check-in and a small kit with some cleaning items. The periodic cleaning of the accommodation is not included, and it can be contracted as a separate service, upon request and availability.

For stays, a valid credit card number is requested to guarantee that the accommodation and its contents are returned in the same clean and livable conditions as it was on arrival. The establishment reserves the right to check the card provided once the reservation is confirmed.

Clause 3. Cancellation policy.

– Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

– You must pay 50% of the total amount of the stay once the free cancellation period has passed through one of the payment methods mentioned above. In case of late cancellation or if you do not show up, the reservation will not be refundable.

Note: Currently due to the worldwide situation of COVID-19, free cancellation is applicable up to one day before, if cancellation is made in less than 24 hours, 20% of the reservation must be paid.

– The client will have a weather guarantee. If you have already made the reservation and for the date of your stay a storm or heavy rain is forecast, the user may cancel their reservation by refunding 100% of their money regardless of the day of the cancellation, as long as the storm or heavy rain has been officially forecast.

Clause 4. Check-In and key delivery.

The keys will be handed over at our office, (all the accommodations are located near it), and a Face-to-Face Check-In can be done, where a member of our staff will receive you personally, or Self-Employed (key collection in security box). Days before your arrival we will contact you by email or phone number and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

Once the keys are delivered to you, you must pay the total amount of your stay. So, it is important that you have your payment method ready on hand (Vive La Vila has a wireless dataphone).

To guarantee that your accommodation is fully prepared, you must confirm your arrival time before the day of your Check-In. Vive la Vila is not responsible for any change or delay in the guest’s itinerary that is not duly communicated to the email or to the phone numbers (+34) 671 252 136 or (+34) 609 070 603 within our customer service hours.

Check-in hours.

Our face-to-face check-in hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We ask you to please call us when you arrive at the airport or you have one hour to get to Villajoyosa, so we can be prepared for your arrival.

If you could not arrive before 20:00 hrs, we provided you the option of picking up your key at a safe box in the accommodation and if you don’t have one, the key delivery will be agreeded by telephone with the user. In the first case, the accommodation must be fully paid before your arrival and you must provide us with your documentation via email.

On December 24th and 31st there are no in-person Check-In. December 25th and January 1st cannot be chosen as the reservation starting date.

Clause 5. Check-Out and keys return.

On the day of departure the client must leave the keys on the accommodations table, in case they have previously scheduled any transfer they will be picked up by a member of our team, it should be noted that any transfer has an additional cost which will be paid at the moment.

Keys loss carries a surcharge of € 20.

In case of forgetting any belonging by the guest, Vive la Vila is not responsible for their condition or disappearance. We will proceed to keep the belongings in our warehouses for 15 days, during which the guest can send a courier to collect it, taking charge of the shipping costs.

Check-Out must be done before 11:00 am. From that time on, Vive la Vila reserves the right to access the accommodation without prior notice.

Check-out is possible outside these hours, upon request and availability. Extending the stay until 17:00 has a surcharge of € 30.

Clause 6. During your stay.

If you find any damage inside the accommodation or something that is not working properly, you must notify it within 24 hours of entering. In this case, our Maintenance team will go to the apartment as soon as possible to solve it. In the event that the breakdown is significant and cannot be solved during your stay, we will try to relocate you to another accommodation with similar characteristics at no cost. Claims from guests that have not been notified within this period will not be considered.

In case you have any incidence during your stay you will have our operators at your disposal during customer service hours. If you have an emergency outside those hours you can leave a voicemail and our Maintenance staff will contact you and will come as quickly as possible.

We have complaint forms available to our guests in our office.

Clause 7. Additional services.

All our accommodations are Pet Friendly, you can bring your pet on your trip and spend time with it.

We can offer you additional services such as transportation from the airport. Contact us and we will provide you with all the information needed.

 Clause 8. General Conditions of the Temporary Lease Contract.

ONE PART.- LA MERCANTIL La Vila Old Town S.L. with CIF B-42709204 as the LESSOR, whose data and representation are recorded in the PARTICULAR CONDITIONS of this document.

AND OTHER.- THE LESSEE PART and whose personal circumstances are set forth in the SPECIAL CONDITIONS of the present, interested in renting the property outlined in the aforementioned document by season.

Both parties recognize enough legal capacity to contract and enter into a seasonal lease for the dwelling mentioned in the heading of this, according to the following:


FIRST.- The seasonal lease contract on the aforementioned apartment is granted in accordance with the provisions of the current Urban Leasing Law, and will be governed by what is freely agreed by the parties in this contract. In everything that is not included in it, the provisions of the Civil Code will be applied supplementally. The parties renouncing their own jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals.

SECOND.- The seasonal lease term that is the object of this, is reflected in the PARTICULAR CLAUSES of the present. At the expiration consigned in this clauses, this contract will cease to be in force.

THIRD.- The income fixed for the reference period is reflected in the economic conditions of the PARTICULAR CLAUSES. Within this amount are included the costs of supplies (water, electricity, internet, entrance cleaning), not including the cleaning of kitchen utensils and dishes, since the leaser is obliged to provide these clean and tidy, in the same way the tenant must leave the accommodation in the same conditions and habitability in which it was on arrival. Before departure, the tenant must deposit the garbage in the building containers on the street.

   The lessee parties empowers the lessor to make a charge equivalent to the amount mentioned on the credit or debit card that must be provided on arrival. In this act, the lessor gives to the lessee part property keys object of this document, being obliged to keep them. In the event of loss or forgetfulness of the same within the leased property, the costs of replacing the lock or opening the door of the accommodation, will be paid by the lessee. The leasing party offers a locksmith service with a price of € 50 during business hours and € 80 outside hours, upon request and availability. The loss of a keys copy or a remote control carries a surcharge of € 20. The leasing party offers a change of sheets and towels during the stay with an amount of € 15, except in the accommodation located on Arsenal Street 30 first floor, recognized by the company with the name of “Estancia Tintin”, where previous service is included in the price of accommodation for not having a washing machine. You can hire extra cleanings with an amount of € 30. Check-in time at the accommodation: 14:00 to 20:00. Check out time from the accommodation: 11:00. Later departures on request and availability with surcharge. The lessor party is not responsible for the disappearance of any item from the lessee.

FOURTH.- The apartment is furnished, with the furniture, fixtures and objects that are listed in the inventory found inside the house. The lessee declares to have examined the leased apartment, as well as the furniture included therein, acknowledging that it is in a perfect state of use and occupation.

FIFTH.- The lessee party will be liable for damages for breach of contractual obligations and for damages caused or loss of items belonging to the accommodation included in this lease. The lessee is responsible, not only for his own acts, but also for those committed by the occupants of the rented accommodation, both for contractual termination purposes, and for possible compensation for damages. The lessee’s obligation to indemnify for damages or resignation before the term is established, as well as for the days it takes to leave the apartment once the agreed term has expired. For this, the lessor has the power to make a charge equivalent to said amount on the credit or debit card whose data has been recorded in the particular conditions hereof.

SIXTH.- The reserved apartment can only be used as temporary accommodation for the number of people reflected in the particular clauses and for the time previously paid by the client. In no case can it be used as a habitual residence or carried out in the same business activity by any of the occupants of the apartment. The client is forbidden to sublet and partially or totally transfer the accommodation, whether for free or onerous. No commercial activity can take place in the reserved apartment. Likewise, it is prohibited to hold parties and any immoral, annoying, unhealthy activity prohibited by law.SEVENTH.-La Vila Old Town SL, with CIF B42709204 responsible for the treatment, informs, in accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, that personal data is processed in order to carry out administrative and legal procedures necessary for the provision of our services. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of treatment, deletion, portability and opposition to the treatment of your personal data as well as revoke the consents that have been provided or obtain more information, by directing your request to La Vila Old Town SL, sending your request in writing to the following address: C / Costera de la mar 19, Villajoyosa, 03570, Alicante.
